We are seeking an experienced and skilled hospitality professional to join our team as a Team Lead - Hospitality Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our lobby bar, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our hospitality team.
About the Role:The Team Lead - Hospitality Services will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the lobby bar, including staff supervision and inventory management;
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our venue;
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives;
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our services remain competitive.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality environment;
- Mixology skills and knowledge of spirits and cocktails;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Availability to work across 7 days per week and a willingness to work a rotating roster;
- A current valid RSA certificate; and
- Fully Australian working rights.
