Job Title: Medical Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Medical Services Coordinator to join our innovative healthcare team in South Bank, Brisbane. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a rapidly growing telehealth service provider and take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to patients, commercial clients, pharmacies, and clinical practitioners. They will also assist with onboarding, processing, and rostering of new team members, communicate with pharmacy partners and doctors, and maintain accurate records using our web software platform and Practice Management System.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the health sector, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks as required. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding, processing, and rostering of new team members.
  • Communicate with pharmacy partners, doctors, and other shareholders.
  • Maintain accurate records using our web software platform and Practice Management System.
  • E nsure patient results are communicated efficiently and liaise with patients for any follow-up activities.
  • Assist with reporting for commercial clients.
  • Perform daily and ad hoc administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the health sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks as required.
  • High level of attention to detail and reliable in delivering consistent quality of service.
