About the Role:

We are seeking an On-site Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for providing ICT service desk management and support to improve the end-user experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Resolve Incidents and Service Requests efficiently
  • Manage calls from initiation to resolution, ensuring customer expectations are set and met
  • Provide high-level customer service throughout all communications
  • Respond to contacts in accordance with SLAs
  • Record activities in standard service management software

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework principles
  • Good understanding of SOE principles and concepts
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Baseline Australian Federal Government Security Clearance
