Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead and develop our team, supporting the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth restaurant operations. As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading teams, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to prepare and serve high-quality food and create exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and support to achieve business objectives.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring efficient restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

  • Proven experience in a hospitality management role, with a strong track record of leading teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
