Cafe Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Operations**: Oversee all aspects of cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- **Staff Management**: Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff. Create staff schedules, conduct performance reviews, and ensure that team members adhere to cafe policies and procedures.
- **Customer Service**: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor and manage the cafe’s budget, including handling cash and financial transactions, tracking expenses, and analyzing sales reports to meet revenue targets.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the consistent quality of food and beverages. Oversee the preparation and presentation of menu items to maintain high standards.
- **Marketing and Promotions**: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Coordinate special events and promotions to boost cafe visibility and sales.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that the cafe complies with health and safety regulations, including maintaining proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- **Vendor Management**: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficient in financial management and basic accounting.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other cafe management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or a degree in hospitality management is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
