Maximizing the Guest Experience: A Key Role in Hospitality

The Front Office Manager plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service to our guests and owners. With a focus on innovation and growth, every day presents an opportunity to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into unforgettable experiences.

Greeting and welcoming guests with a smile, providing hotel facilities information, advising on local attractions and activities, and ensuring their holiday expectations are exceeded is a key responsibility of the Front Office Manager.

This role entails taking ownership and full responsibility for the check-in experience of our guests and owners, creating personal and memorable moments that exceed expectations.

We offer a range of benefits to support career development, including professional development funding, discounted hotel stays across Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand, and subsidised private health cover.

To succeed in this role, you will be a natural leader with prior experience as a supervisor or manager in a hotel environment. You will need to be flexible to work a 7-day week roster, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Experience in leading a team, self-motivation, results orientation, and initiative are essential.

A strong ability to build and develop positive relationships, a passion for sales, and delivering exceptional customer service are also crucial. Additionally, you will require a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, a Full Manual Driver's Licence, and a First Aid Certificate.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Providing hotel facilities information
  • Advising on local attractions and activities
  • Taking ownership and full responsibility for the check-in experience

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests and owners from diverse backgrounds. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well under pressure.
