Are you ready to step up and lead from the front? Club Central is on the lookout for an energetic **Team Leader** to join our Operations team. This is your chance to be at the heart of our venues, guiding staff, delighting guests, and making sure every visit is a memorable one.

**What you'll be doing**
As a Team Leader, you'll be a visible, hands-on leader on the trading floor. You'll support and motivate your team, resolve challenges on the spot, and ensure smooth operations across food & beverage, gaming, and events. Your leadership will set the standard - showing staff what great service looks like while delivering standout experiences for our members and guests.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Leading and supporting the service team across daily operations.
- Acting as the first point of contact for escalated guest or staff concerns.
- Overseeing staff allocations, attendance, and performance.
- Driving engagement in marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Managing cash handling, reconciliation, and compliance with accuracy.
- Providing training, coaching, and mentoring to your team.
- Overseeing F&B and event operations, ensuring service is smooth and professional.
- Maintaining safety standards and emergency management readiness.
