Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of Systems Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-user computer systems, with duties including:

  • Configuring and managing system administrator and service accounts
  • Optimizing system performance
  • Deploying system-wide software
  • Allocating mass storage capacity
  • Utilizing enterprise monitoring platforms
  • Identifying and resolving infrastructure-related issues
  • Collaborating with business technology groups to administer, support, and manage existing infrastructure deployments and functions
  • Participating in agile development processes, providing user representation during testing
  • Supporting change management activities and transition of solutions into production and operational use
  • Developing technical documentation and procedures for use by personnel
  • Facilitating communication and coordination between teams through delivery and escalation processes
  • Monitoring and reporting on progress of activities within assigned work packages

This role requires occasional on-call/weekend work, with core hours between 0600-1800hrs.
