The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in agronomy, with a deep understanding of fertilizers, pasture cropping and broadacre management.

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in agronomy is essential for this role, with a focus on delivering tailored advice to clients based on their production goals.

We are seeking a motivated individual who can build strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing expert knowledge on crop management and development strategies.

  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Conducting on-farm assessments to identify areas for improvement
    • Developing and implementing customized plans to meet client needs
    • Collaborating with internal teams to stay up-to-date with the latest agronomic trends and technologies
    • Providing training and support to junior team members

About You:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in agronomy, preferably in pasture and/or broadacre
  • Degree in Agronomy or related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • An interest in mentoring and professional development
