About the Role

Are you a driven and client-focused lawyer looking for a new challenge in commercial litigation? We are seeking a Brisbane-based lawyer with 2-3 years of post-admission experience to join our team working on a diverse range of disputes matters.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients on complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including contractual and commercial disputes, property and leasing disputes, corporations Act, regulatory matters, insolvency and recoveries, and information technology and intellectual property.

Responsibilities
  • Advising, managing and progressing a diverse portfolio of disputes matters for clients.
  • Collaborating with senior lawyers and partners on strategy and advocacy.
  • Drafting pleadings, notices, and other court documents; conducting research and factual investigations.
Requirements
  • Brisbane-based lawyer with 2-3 years of post-admission experience in general commercial litigation.
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage matters with supervision and progressively take more responsibility.
