The Team
The Litigation & Dispute Resolution team provides expert advice across multiple sectors, including energy, resources, manufacturing, and government.
The team is known for handling high-profile, complex disputes, delivering commercially practical solutions, and maintaining a collaborative and supportive culture.
The Role
This role involves working closely with senior Partners and a team of experienced lawyers on high-profile commercial disputes.
You will gain exposure to a broad range of litigation matters, contribute to strategic advice and complex dispute resolution, and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Requirements
2–3 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation at a respected mid-to-large firm
Strong technical capabilities and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal issues with precision
Ability to build strong client relationships and provide clear, strategic advice
Passion for commercial litigation and a drive to further develop your career in this area
Team-oriented, proactive, and supportive of a positive workplace culture
