We are now seeking a talentedCommercial Litigation Lawyer (3-5+ years PAE)to join our dynamic and supportive team.
About the Role
As a key member of our litigation team, you will:
Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial disputes and litigation matters.
Work closely with directors and senior lawyers on complex disputes in areas including construction, insolvency, shareholder and contractual disputes, and property litigation.
Have direct client contact and autonomy in running files, while still receiving guidance and support when needed.
Be part of a collaborative team culture that values innovation, efficiency, and client success.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
3-5+ years PAEin commercial litigation (experience in construction disputes is highly regarded).
Please note we are open to all applicants from 3 years to 30 years of experience.
Confident in managing files, drafting pleadings, and driving strong commercial outcomes.
Strong time management and an ability to work independently.
Commercially minded, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
A great communicator who builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
