**Facility & Equipment Officer Role Summary:**

We're seeking a proactive and safety-conscious Facilities Manager to join our Engineering team in Brisbane.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, compliance, and purchasing of ground support equipment (GSE), tooling, and facilities that keep us operational and safe.

This hands-on role involves coordinating with our Maintenance Planners to ensure required GSE and tool availability across all work programs.

Key responsibilities include driving process improvements across facilities and equipment management, promoting a culture of safety, and ensuring compliance with our Corporate Safety Manual.

To succeed in this role, you'll need basic mechanical aptitude, a safety-first mindset, and experience using computer-based systems. Excellent communication skills are also essential for interacting with suppliers and contractors.
