We are looking to hire Client Services Administrator to support the Accounting team in the Taree Office.

This role is designed for an individual who displays excellent organisational skills, has previous administration experience and can work within a fast-paced working environment.
In this role you will be responsible for:
· Completing a variety of administration tasks to support the Accountants
· Diary management
· Check Notices of Assessments and input into Accounting Software
· Prepare standard letters from ATO (and other) correspondence
· File management (digital and hard copy)
· Scan and file manual correspondence
· Check accuracy of company statements, prepare minutes, letter and fees to send to client
· Draft Fees and WIPs
· Administrative tasks associated with setup of BGL 360 for clients
· Phone calls to ATO
· Prepare BAS, IAS and TAX out for signatures
· Undertake Ethical and Engagement procedure for clients entering and exiting the practice
· Update client details on tax agent portal
· PA tasks for Directors/Consultants (as requested)
· Adhoc tasks as directed by Management
The successful applicant will have:
· Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite
· Demonstrated client service/administration experience
· Basic accounting/tax knowledge (desirable)
· A strong work ethic and desire to learn
· Excellent communication skills
