Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical support via phone, email and in-person interactions
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Working collaboratively with field teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions

You will also receive training and guidance to develop your skills and confidence in this role.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An inquisitive mind and a passion for problem-solving
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and at pace

Additionally, you will need to have a driver's license and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
