Receivables Management Specialist

The position of Accounts Receivable Clerk involves overseeing the day-to-day activities related to accounts receivable. This includes managing and processing invoices, chasing debtors, and providing support to clients on their queries.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Processing debtor accounts, including invoicing and statement preparation
- Managing cash flow by ensuring timely receipt of payments from debtors
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the course of business operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Excel, with a strong focus on data analysis and financial reporting
- Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software is highly desirable
- Certification IV in Accounts/Bookkeeping or equivalent qualification
- Permanent Australian working rights are essential for this role
