Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and evaluate inclusive Kindergarten programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in a supportive environment.
  • Create and maintain a stimulating, aesthetically appealing learning space that promotes engagement and exploration.
  • Accurately document children's learning through observations, evaluations, and ongoing reflection.

You will also have the opportunity to act as the responsible person in the absence of the Centre Director and represent the service and uphold its values within the broader community.
