Job Title: Operational Manager

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Operational Manager to oversee facilities operations and lead a small team.

This role is ideal for an individual with experience in facilities management, property, or corporate real estate who can effectively manage budgets, review invoices, and assist with reporting.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, Australian citizenship, and proficiency with CMMS systems and MS Office Suite.

About the Role:
  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and ensure contract KPIs are met
  • Manage and mentor a small on-site team
  • Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance activities via CMMS
  • Liaise with stakeholders to deliver exceptional service
  • Monitor and control costs
