Job Summary

The Campbell Property Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our building and construction business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing processes, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and housing business
• Oversee staff performance, training, and development
• Develop strategies to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in operation management within the property industry
• Strong understanding of property management principles
• Familiarity with project management software such as Asana or Trello
