Operations Manager

The Operations Manager plays a vital role in the store leadership team, ensuring seamless business operations.
This position is responsible for overseeing key operating levers, including financial management, budgeting, expenses, and cash handling. They execute strategic operations projects, maintain inventory and supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing the Store Manager's operations strategy and cascading it to team members using independent judgment.
- Planning, preparing, and managing team member schedules, considering labor requirements, availability, safety protocols, inventory deliveries, and operational efficiency.
- Analyzing business data and metrics to inform planning and drive results.
- Monitoring progress against financial goals to evaluate sales performance and inform strategy.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1 year of experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and managing designated labor hours and leading projects or processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
