Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Culture and Compliance Advisor to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring confidentiality and integrity with sensitive information.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Conduct due diligence reviews, prepare reports for upcoming settlements, review industrial relations and employment compliance, and complete HR onboarding tasks.
  • People Services: Provide timely accurate support and guidance on incoming employment-related matters through the HR inbox and main phone line.
  • People Systems: Support project work, maintain system-related self-service documentation, and assist in resolving technical issues.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training sessions within the business on P&C Compliance related topics and People Systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes, suggesting enhancements to current HR processes and practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the Early Childhood sector or similar operating environment (desirable).
  • Studying towards or hold a Diploma or Bachelor of Business/Human Resource Management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, childcare regulations, and industrial awards.
  • Experience in producing reports and data analysis.
  • High-level computer literacy and application of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Prior experience working with a HRIS (SuccessFactors).
