Enterprise Crisis Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Crisis Manager to join our team at ANZ. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring our preparedness and resilience in the face of unexpected events and emergencies.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in crisis management, emergency response, or a related field, with experience in developing and implementing risk assessment and mitigation strategies. You will be responsible for leading proactive crisis preparedness efforts, conducting training and simulation exercises, and managing incident response.
We are looking for a strong leader with exceptional communication abilities, capable of making critical decisions under pressure and guiding teams through complex and challenging situations. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement crisis management plans that encompass various scenarios and potential risks.
- Lead proactive crisis preparedness efforts, including risk assessments and stakeholder communication strategies.
- Conduct training and simulation exercises to raise awareness and prepare stakeholders for crisis scenarios.
- Manage incident response, ensuring swift and effective response to incidents.
- Participate in post-crisis reviews to assess response effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
