Enterprise Crisis Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Crisis Manager to join our team at ANZ. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring our preparedness and resilience in the face of unexpected events and emergencies.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in crisis management, emergency response, or a related field, with experience in developing and implementing risk assessment and mitigation strategies. You will also possess strong leadership skills, capable of making critical decisions under pressure and guiding teams through complex and challenging situations.
As an Enterprise Crisis Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing crisis management plans, leading proactive crisis preparedness efforts, conducting training and simulation exercises, managing incident response, and participating in post-crisis evaluations and improvements.
We are looking for a candidate with exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to interact confidently and convey information clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

What You Will Bring- Demonstrated experience in crisis management, emergency response, or a related field, at an Enterprise level.
- Relevant professional certifications or qualifications in business continuity management, risk management, emergency management, or related fields.
- Proven experience developing and implementing risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of making critical decisions under pressure and guiding teams through complex and challenging situations.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to interact confidently and convey information clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
