Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Field Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical network modification, assembly, installation, testing, commissioning, repair, and maintenance in the field.
  • Follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications to ensure compliance with Australian standards and industry requirements.
  • Work to customer specifications and time frames as arranged, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion.
  • Comply with relevant Workplace Health and Safety Legislation and maintain accurate documentation for QA and compliance records.
  • Liaise effectively with staff, contractors, and members of the public in a professional manner.
  • Maintain skills and technical knowledge relevant to the role and comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A Grade Electrical license.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Ability to work at heights and relevant accreditation.
  • Ability to undertake overtime and local & interstate travel.
  • Experience in installing electrical conduits according to plans and specifications.
  • Previous experience in installing LV boards, air conditioning systems, and PLC Control Systems.
  • Relevant trade experience in a field-based position.
  • Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual handling.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Computer literacy, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be willing to take direction and prioritise workload effectively.

Salary Estimate:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
