About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Pact Group's Granville site. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning and execution of maintenance activities, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and address site asset electrical breakdowns to rectify problems
  • Maintain electrical spare parts inventory
  • Manage and maintain the MEX maintenance schedule for the Granville site
  • Raise and Issue MEX Works Orders from Requests
  • Coordinate and balance workload for site Trades and Contractors
  • Assign scheduled tasks and mechanical breakdown tasks to site Trades and Contractors
  • Lead and or participate in cross functional Continuous Improvement Projects to achieve improved Safety, Productivity, Quality & Reliability
  • Assist the business in its corporate and social responsibility of providing a safe work environment by active participation in safety programs and communicating progress on achievements.
  • Maintain quality standards and controls to manufacture and produce packaging solutions that meet customer expectations and requirements
  • Ensure that work is carried out in a safe working manner (Take5 & LOTO) and maintaining safe working environments.
  • Issuing and amending SOPs.
