\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Manage multiple major quotes for key and potential customers.
  • Manage project implementation on a day-to-day basis.
  • Generate and analyse various reports.
  • Build a strong relationship with key suppliers.
  • Purchasing and expediting won projects.
  • Protect the interests of the company with thorough management and understanding of the project being quoted.
  • Promote sales and listen to customer requirements. Take orders.
  • Quote follow-up. Daily/weekly.
  • Maintain good communication with contractors to assure timely and efficient completion of expedited projects, proper communication of issues, and documentation of the entire project process.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule which includes administrative and other tasks involved within the project coordinator's scope.
  • Keep a quote register of all projects tendered and contracts.
  • Collate all project information: schedules, and maintenance manuals upon request.
  • Manage and update, in conjunction with Branch Manager, CRM customer accounts and contacts with current information.
  • Review and respond to emails.
\Essential Skills:\
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Electrical Wholesale/Lighting/Project Coordination
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good communication skills
