Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including event administration, social media content creation, and marketing campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate event logistics, including accommodation and delegate bookings.
  • Develop and execute social media content, including designing social media tiles in InDesign.
  • Implement and manage social media strategies.
  • Assist in the delivery of marketing campaigns and subscription content to members using CRM software.
  • Support Google AdWords campaigns and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the marketing team.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Event Management.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience executing digital campaigns and utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Click Dimensions, and Mailchimp.
  • Ability to coordinate events in person and online, including webinars, workshops, and conferences.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work responsibilities.
