You will be working across various locations, including North Sydney and surrounding areas, providing personalized care services to clients with varying needs.
Job Requirements- Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support in Ageing
- Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications
- Proof of vaccination against Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Influenza and Covid 19
- Providing personal care services such as getting clients out of bed, showered and dressed for the day
- Assisting clients to take their medications
- Assisting with mobility and therapy goals
- Providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia
- Providing social and emotional support
- Providing transport to lifestyle activities or appointments
- Above Award rate + Super + Paid KM's
