Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide vital support to individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities.

Job Description
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Help clients with mobility by transferring them from their bed to a wheelchair or vice versa.
  • Administer medication as prescribed by a healthcare professional.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse rate.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, social events, and other activities.
Requirements
  • Certificate 3 In Aged care or Individual support.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient personality.
