Flexible Support Workers Wanted

We are seeking reliable and compassionate individuals to provide care, support, and assistance to our Members in Saint Andrews, NSW.

The role involves providing a range of services including domestic assistance, personal care, companionship, driving, and community access. We require candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to form strong connections with our Members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domestic assistance including cleaning, cooking, laundry, and shopping
  • Offer personal care such as showering, dressing, medication assistance, and manual handling
  • Provide companionship through friendships, interests, and activities
  • Assist with driving and community access as needed

Requirements:

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check
  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Disabilities/Individual Support or higher (or studying)
  • Full training and assessment can be provided for personal care, manual handling, and basic medication support
  • Driver's License and own vehicle
  • Smartphone
