About the Role
We are seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the Magistrates Court of Tasmania, covering four main locations: Burnie, Devonport, Launceston, and Hobart. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage security teams, including recruitment, induction, training, and rostering.
- Ensure all incidents are reported and investigated in line with company procedures.
- Manage security operations, including audits, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all staff are trained, licensed, and maintained, with regular training assessments and specialized training as needed.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety policies and maintain audit records.
- Attend scheduled meetings with stakeholders and provide detailed monthly reports.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple sites and resolving HR/IR issues.
- Strong leadership skills with a business acumen.
- Sound knowledge in roster management and management of multiple teams.
- Competent in report writing and able to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Current TAS Security license or ability to obtain.
- Full driver's license.
- Working With Vulnerable People or ability to obtain.
