Job Summary

The Emerging Technology Manager will introduce and manage the implementation of current and emerging technologies across the MSS National portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an alert and focused presence.
  • Join a committed, customer-focused team.
  • Build strong internal relationships.
Technology Management
  • Supervise and support technology systems at client sites.
  • Troubleshoot and ensure operational efficiency.
Technology Development
  • Lead the development and implementation of tech solutions.
  • Oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Customize software to meet client needs.
Research and Evaluation
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies.
  • Assess new tech for organizational benefits and cost-efficiency.
Collaboration
  • Work with sales, marketing, customer support, and product development teams.
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors.
Training
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and on-site teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge exchange on new technologies.
