We are seeking compassionate and empathetic caregivers who are passionate about providing exceptional care to our elderly residents. Our Permanent Part-time roles for various shifts available, including AM and PM shifts across all days of the week.

As a vital member of our team you will:

  • Collaborate with other professionals to deliver high quality, safe and effective personal care that aligns with individual resident choices and best practice.
  • Support residents to enjoy a quality lifestyle, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living and meaningful activities.
  • Assist with medication administration.
  • Provide support during meal times, in line with our Excellence in Dining strategy.
  • Complete documentation based on our requirements.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service to residents, their families and any external parties.

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Aren't afraid to show compassion and empathy towards the aged.
  • Can work cooperatively within a team and with diverse individuals.
  • Possess high level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Are proactive, with strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Display a positive and friendly personality with a passion for assisting our residents maintain their quality of life.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care (or higher/equivalent) or working towards nursing qualification.
  • At least 1 year experience in aged care.
  • Competency in Medication Administration or willingness to gain (desirable).
  • Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a national police clearance.
