We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to provide personalized support to our elderly and disabled clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in recreational activities to improve their overall wellbeing
  • Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health and safety
  • Collaborate with the broader care team to ensure seamless service delivery and coordinate client-centric care plans
  • Maintain detailed client records and documentation in accordance with industry standards
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in Aged Care or Disability Support
  • Demonstrated experience in providing personalized care and support to elderly or disabled clients
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle challenging situations with empathy and care
