**Premier Neighbourhood Centre Manager Role**

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations of a premier neighbourhood centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient and cost-effective management of the centre, ensuring optimal performance relative to competitive properties within the area.
  • Protect and enhance the investment performance of the property asset, implementing strategies aligned with owner objectives.
  • Oversee tenancy and lease management, including compliance matters and lease reviews, to maximise revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with owner requirements, ensuring alignment with investment strategies and occupier needs.
  • Analyse and prepare cash flow budgets, providing insights into retail performance and informing strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in property management within a retail environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Sound financial acumen, with expertise in preparing and analysing financial reports, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Strong organisational skills, enabling effective project management and prioritisation of tasks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Advanced communication skills, with a proactive and professional approach to collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as Agents Rep/Certificate IV in Real Estate, are highly desirable for this role.
