Dynamic Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Senior Clinical Lead. This dynamic role will provide high-quality community assessments for older people in Western Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting with their team, schedulers and reviewing assessment requests to ensure the right team is in the right place at the right time.

This leadership role involves supporting the team through education and information, working directly with clients using existing skills and judgement to have meaningful interactions.

The Senior Clinical Lead will also contribute to future reforms in aged care through daily work and feedback shared with the Department of Health and Aged Care.

In this role, you will participate in recruitment, induction and training to ensure everyone has great learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading teams to achieve high-quality community assessments
  • Supporting the team through education and information
  • Contributing to future reforms in aged care
  • Participating in recruitment, induction and training

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Social Worker, OT, Physio or RN and registered with AHPRA or AASW
  • At least one year of experience working in aged care or with older people
