Lead Mental Health Services Manager

This is an opportunity for a leader to oversee the delivery of evidence-based psychological services, support and motivate the team, and have a positive impact on patient wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical skillset, preferably in an acute mental healthcare setting, and be passionate about client care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and facilitate treatments using proven psychological interventions.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality mental health care.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Clinical Psychology or Nursing.
  • Relevant registration with the appropriate Board.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in an acute mental healthcare setting.
  • Experience facilitating process-orientated group and individual psychotherapy groups.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to plan and manage resources.
