The education program specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering and managing educational initiatives. This role ensures a seamless experience while maintaining adherence to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate educational programs and courses, including scheduling, resources, onboarding, assessments, and planning strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing administrative support and facilitating collaboration with teams.
- Maintain and enhance databases, course materials, educational resources, and syllabus/regulation review processes.
- Support assessment planning, execution, reporting, and certificate issuance, streamlining candidate experiences through automation.
- Collect and analyze program data, preparing reports on participation, outcomes, and opportunities for process improvements.
This role offers a balance of independent management and collaborative work with committees and teams.
About You:- Experience in education or a related field.
