About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to join our team and play a critical role in driving the firm's social impact and community engagement strategies across the APAC region.

The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders and lead initiatives that create a lasting, positive impact in our communities.

This position is a 12-month Maximum Term Contract and can be based in any of our Australian offices – Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community and Social Impact: Drive and embed the global community and social impact strategy across APAC. Develop and manage community partnerships and increase engagement with social impact and volunteering programs.
  • First Nations Engagement: Oversee partnerships focused on First Nations communities, including key volunteering initiatives with organizations such as Clontarf and Yalari.
  • Procurement & Supplier Engagement: Lead social procurement efforts and support diverse supplier engagement, focusing on First Nations economic empowerment.
  • Climate Change & Sustainability: Collaborate with our Senior Sustainability Manager to raise awareness and deliver on our sustainability strategy in the APAC region.
  • Communications & Reporting: Manage internal and external communications regarding Responsible Business initiatives and oversee reporting to various internal and external bodies.

About You:

  • Proven experience managing complex projects within a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the social responsibility landscape, including community engagement, social impact, diverse procurement, reconciliation, climate action, and modern slavery initiatives.
  • A demonstrated ability to successfully implement new strategies or programs, preferably across multiple locations.
  • Experience collaborating with and managing external partners and consultants.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and nurturing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation Package:

Our estimated salary for this position is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, superannuation, and a holistic wellbeing fund.
