This role involves supporting individuals in their recovery journey through participation in activities and groups, providing operational support and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that enhance the program.

The successful candidate will be a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with clinical care teams to provide high-quality support to participants.

  • Providing operational support to the program

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience working in a support role for people with mental health challenges
  • Demonstrated experience and/or transferable skills & knowledge in working with people with serious mental health challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Right to work within Australia
  • Current valid Driver's Licence and the ability to undertake some travel
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  • Satisfactory National Police Records Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children's Check
