Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our immigration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organising immigration-related documents and records, assisting with the preparation and submission of immigration applications and submissions, and communicating with clients to assist with reporting and analytics.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organise immigration-related documents and records
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of immigration applications and submissions
  • Communicate with clients to assist with reporting and analytics
  • Workflow management including case set up and allocation, and reporting on internal metrics
  • New client onboarding including risk management and contracting
  • Use of various immigration technology solutions as needed to support the team
  • Provide administrative support to the immigration team, including billing, debtor management, data entry, filing, and correspondence
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Administration Experience: Administration experience preferably gained within a professional/corporate services environment
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent commitment to providing quality and responsive customer service
  • Organisational Skills: Outstanding time management, problem solving and organisational skills gained in a high-volume environment with competing demands and constant changes
  • Proven Ability: Proven ability to take responsibility and ownership for tasks
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Word and Excel is essential (Intermediate/Advanced level preferred)
  • Team Player: Proven team player with the ability to create strong working relationships at various levels and a flexible approach to their work
  • Communication and Facilitation Skills: Superior communication, facilitation and negotiation skills while maintaining the highest level of personal and professional integrity
