As a seasoned Immigration Lawyer, you will be instrumental in securing positive outcomes for our clients. Your role will involve providing expert guidance and support throughout the complex immigration process.

As an Immigration Lawyer, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional client service and achieving outstanding results.

  • Provide expert advice and assistance to clients on visa options and eligibility.
  • Prepare and lodge various types of visa applications, including family visas, working visas, Administrative Review Tribunal and Federal Court appeals.
  • Represent clients in visa-related interviews and appeals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for helping people and changing lives.
  • Values that align with our approach to immigration law.
  • A law degree and admission to practice within Victoria with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
  • Prior experience (at least 3 years) as an Immigration Lawyer with ART and Federal Court experience, ideally working with Employer Sponsored Visas.
