Trade Coordinator Minor Works
About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead and coordinate staff to uphold patient safety and quality in healthcare delivery, while fostering a high-performance team culture focused on engagement and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance managers, trade supervisors, and facility stakeholders to provide evidence-based advice on facility changes.
- Participate in working groups, strategic planning, procurement evaluation panels, and plant maintenance strategies to support operational goals.
The role is responsible for upholding patient safety and quality in healthcare delivery, fostering a high-performance team culture, and contributing to strategic planning and procurement evaluation.
