Drive Customer Engagement

As a CRM Campaign Specialist at Kayo Sports and BINGE, you will develop and execute customer engagement communications across our streaming products. You will utilize various channels, including Email, SMS, Push, and In-App notifications, to create both automated and tactical campaigns aimed at increasing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute campaigns to enhance customer engagement across Kayo Sports & BINGE
  • Support the design and delivery of campaign workflows for our AI-driven decisioning program
  • Manage campaign processes from build to implementation, gathering requirements for campaign briefs, understanding journey flows and managing turnaround times with internal and external teams
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure campaign use cases are designed, tested, and rolled out within our marketing automation platform according to best practice
  • Monitor campaign activity and deliverability and contribute to our test and learn strategy
  • Ensure consistency and optimization of creative assets across all channels, maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar CRM role (TV, Media industry highly desirable)
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platform Braze
  • Strong data-driven marketing skills, including experience handling data sets and campaign tracking
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email design and experience in campaign execution and optimization
  • Sound understanding of databases and data-driven marketing, and competent in handling data sets
  • Strong communicator and team player, with the ability and confidence to present and influence stakeholders, collaborate effectively and to build strong relationships
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
