Job Description

We're seeking a skilled individual to join our technical team as a Quality and Environment Systems Coordinator. As part of this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our environmental and quality systems are maintained while identifying opportunities across the site to improve knowledge of regulatory and corporate requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accreditation requirements and technical standards.
  • Be the quality, waste and environmental champion on site ensuring awareness of requirements.
  • Actively engage in the resolution of customer complaints including creating measures to avoid repeat occurrences.
  • Coordinate audits both internal and external.
  • Monitor trends and coordinate investigations into consumer complaints.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate holds a tertiary qualification in Food Science or related field or possesses relevant work experience. Additionally, they should have previous exposure to relevant food practices DFSV, DAWR, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, Kosher and Halal. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships with a variety of stakeholders and has experience in auditing processes and hosting auditors on site. Strong time management skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively are also essential.
