Leadership Opportunity in Childcare

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of OOSH 2IC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own program, working closely with another Coordinator, and supporting the Director.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working with children. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage own program with autonomy and accountability
  • Work collaboratively with another Coordinator to achieve shared goals
  • Provide support to the Director as required
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
