**As the Childcare Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor **at BRIGHT ACHIEVERS CHILDCARE & ELC, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art childcare facility located in Edmondson Park, NSW. **What you'll be doing**
- Overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the childcare centre, including staff management, educational program development, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Providing visionary leadership to your team of dedicated early childhood educators and support staff, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for the children in our care
- Collaborating with parents and families to understand their needs and expectations and delivering exceptional customer service
- Monitoring and reporting on the centre's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive continuous quality enhancement
- Actively participating in the centre's marketing and community engagement initiatives to promote our services and build a strong reputation in the local area

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
