We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering significant new-build hospital and healthcare developments valued at over $1 billion.
Key Responsibilities:- Support senior leaders in driving projects from early design and development through construction to completion.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, design processes, and contractor engagement.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a Property-related discipline.
- Previous experience on large-scale healthcare, hospital, or complex new-build projects.
- Solid local project management experience from design through delivery.
- Career growth under supportive, experienced leaders.
- Exposure to landmark, city-shaping healthcare projects.
- Collaborative, boutique team environment.
Design Management: The ability to manage the design process and ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
Contract Administration: Experience in contract administration is beneficial for this role.
Stakeholder Engagement: Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential for this position.
