The role of Night Auditor involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions during overnight operations.

Responsibilities include auditing daily front office and food & beverage operations, providing financial reports, managing hotel operations in the absence of department heads, recording guest feedback, and maintaining guest security and privacy.

About the Role
  • Auditing daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures
  • Providing detailed financial reports to support management decisions
  • Nighttime management of hotel operations, including supervising staff and responding to emergencies
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and resolving any issues that may arise

We are seeking an experienced Night Auditor who can work a flexible roster and contribute to the seamless operation of our hotel.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment
  • Prior knowledge of financial software systems is an advantage
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations
