Delivering exceptional golf and hospitality experiences is a key objective for this Golf Operations Attendant role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operating Point of Sale and processing payments effectively;
  • Coordinating golf bookings on behalf of members, guests and visitors;
  • Daily tee time management;
  • Assisting in the implementation of golf competitions and events;
  • Preparing and completing golf competition results;
  • Contributing to promoting membership offerings to meet targets;
  • Promoting and delivering food and beverage services;
  • Ensuring the motorised cart fleet for hire meets presentation standards;
  • Assisting with merchandising and replenishing retail stock;

Essential Criteria

  • Excellent customer service, presentation and communication skills are essential;
  • A motivated and enthusiastic attitude that influences the team positively;
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification is mandatory;
  • Food Handling Certification is also required;

Some weekend and holiday period work may be required due to industry demands.
